Return Policy
No Returns Accepted:
We do not accept returns on any products. However, if a product is found to be unusable after a service call is performed, we will facilitate an exchange for the item.
1. Exchange for Significant Errors: Exchanges will be considered only in cases of significant errors on our part, including:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product is still within the warranty period and is determined to be unusable after a service call.
2. Notification and Exchange Process: If you believe there is a significant error or a broken product, please contact our customer service within 5 days of the purchase date. Provide the following information:
- Vending machine location
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
3. Evaluation and Approval:
- We will evaluate each case individually to determine eligibility for an exchange. If approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits:
- Please note that all deposits placed on vending machines are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with preparing the machine for sale, including any necessary repairs or maintenance. By placing a deposit on a vending machine, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our refund policy.
