At AP Vending, we offer professional vending machine location services through a trusted third-party locator network. Our goal is to help clients secure qualified, high-traffic commercial placements for vending machines and AI smart coolers.

Our location services are available both to AP Vending customers and individuals who choose to work directly with our locator network. The level of support, coordination, and payment structure depends on how the service is engaged.

How the Location Service Works

Once we begin the location process, sourcing is based on:

  • Machine type
  • Target cities or service areas
  • Placement goals and expectations

Potential placement locations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Car washes
  • Barber shops & salons
  • Office buildings
  • Apartment complexes
  • Auto dealerships
  • Warehouses
  • Manufacturing facilities

AP Vending Customers (Machine Purchasers)

Clients who purchase a vending machine or AI smart cooler through AP Vending receive a fully managed location service experience.

In these cases:

  • AP Vending handles all coordination with our locator network on your behalf
  • We manage communication and logistics throughout the sourcing process
  • There is no upfront location deposit required from the client
  • We cover and manage locator-related costs as part of your machine purchase relationship with us

Once a suitable location is identified, we will present it to you for approval before moving forward. You only proceed with a placement if you choose to accept the location.

Direct Locator Clients (Working Independently)

Some individuals may choose to work directly with our locator network prior to purchasing a machine through AP Vending.

In these cases:

  • Clients communicate directly with the locator network
  • All coordination, communication, and deposit requests are handled directly between the client and the locator
  • Clients are subject to the locator’s independent terms, structure, and requirements, including any upfront deposits

AP Vending does not manage communication, payments, or placement outcomes for direct locator clients.

Payment Structure (AP Vending Customers Only)

For AP Vending customers:

  • No upfront payment is required for location sourcing
  • You only move forward financially once a location is presented and you choose to accept it
  • All locator-related coordination and fees are handled through AP Vending

This ensures you only invest in locations you have reviewed and approved.

Placement Guarantee (AP Vending Customers Only)

For clients who purchase their machine through AP Vending:

  • All placements are actively worked toward and supported until a successful location is secured
  • If a proposed location does not move forward prior to installation, we continue sourcing alternative options at no additional cost until placement is completed.

Client Responsibilities

All clients are responsible for:

  • Purchasing and maintaining vending equipment
  • Stocking and servicing machines after placement
  • Any required permits, insurance, or local compliance obligations

Placement Timeline

Placement timelines vary depending on:

  • Market demand
  • Geographic area
  • Machine type and placement requirements

While we work to secure locations as efficiently as possible, exact timelines cannot be guaranteed.
