Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers the following vending machine parts:

• Control boards
• Motors
• Bill acceptors
• Coin mechanisms
• Thermostats

Warranty Period:

• The warranty period for the specified parts is 60 days from the date of delivery

Coverage Details:

• During the warranty period, AP Vending will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective parts covered by this warranty.
• The warranty is applicable only to parts that fail due to manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Claim Process:

• To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact AP Vending within the warranty period.
• Provide proof of purchase, including the date and location of the vending machine purchase.
• Describe the issue in detail, specifying which part is believed to be defective.

Resolution:

• Once the claim is validated, AP Vending will provide instructions for returning the defective part.
• If the part is found to be defective under warranty terms, AP Vending will repair or replace it free of charge.
• Shipping costs for sending the defective part to AP Vending are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Routine maintenance and normal wear and tear.
• Consumable parts such as bulbs and fuses.
• Compressors and cooling decks
• Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or use.
• Defects or damages resulting from not following manufacturers instructions or guidelines.

Limitation of Liability:

• AP Vending is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the vending machine, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
