Warranty Policy
This warranty policy applies to traditional snack, soda, and combo vending machines sold directly by AP Vending. Qingo AI smart coolers are also covered under a separate manufacturer-supported warranty program, which is detailed in the Qingo section below.
Thank you for choosing AP Vending. We take pride in delivering high-quality vending solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. AP Vending Warranty Coverage (Traditional Vending Machines Only)
This warranty covers the following components:
- Control Boards
- Motors
- Bill Acceptors
- Coin Mechanisms
- Thermostats
- Drop Sensors
- Compressors
Credit card readers and any third-party payment processing devices are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is sixty (60) days from the date of delivery.
Coverage Details
During the warranty period, AP Vending will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective covered component.
Coverage applies only to defects resulting from normal use and manufacturing faults.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, vandalism, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
2. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Contact AP Vending within the warranty period
- Provide proof of purchase
- Describe the issue in detail
- Follow any troubleshooting instructions provided by AP Vending
3. Resolution
If a claim is approved, AP Vending will provide instructions for repair or replacement of the covered component.
For customers located outside AP Vending’s 50-mile service radius, warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only, with standard shipping covered by AP Vending. Labor, installation, travel, and service costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Service Area Limitation
AP Vending provides warranty labor service only within a 50-mile radius of its primary service area.
Customers outside this radius receive parts-only warranty support, with shipping covered during the warranty period.
AP Vending is not obligated to provide on-site service, travel, or in-person repairs outside this service area.
Remote troubleshooting may be provided at AP Vending’s discretion.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, calibration, or normal wear and tear
- Consumables including bulbs, fuses, batteries, labels, and decals
- Refrigeration leaks or sealed system components beyond listed covered parts
- Damage caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, storage, or handling
- Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
- Natural disasters or acts of God, including lightning, power surges, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires, or severe weather
- Electrical damage from improper power supply, voltage fluctuations, or lack of surge protection
- Outdoor installation of indoor-rated machines
- Environmental exposure including moisture, humidity, extreme temperatures, sunlight, pests, or corrosion
- Transportation, relocation, or shipping damage not handled by AP Vending
- Damage caused by third-party movers, carriers, or customers
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
- Theft, vandalism, abuse, or intentional damage
- Software, payment system, or network connectivity issues outside AP Vending’s control
- Credit card readers or third-party payment hardware
6. Third-Party Equipment (Qingo AI Smart Coolers)
This warranty policy does not apply to Qingo AI smart coolers or any other third-party manufactured equipment.
Qingo AI coolers are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty and terms. AP Vending does not assume independent warranty responsibility for these systems beyond manufacturer coverage.
As an authorized distributor, AP Vending facilitates warranty support for Qingo units in accordance with the manufacturer’s official warranty program.
Qingo equipment may include manufacturer-supported coverage available through AP Vending at the time of purchase, administered through manufacturer-approved processes and subject to eligibility and approval.
AP Vending may assist customers in submitting claims and coordinating support, but final approval, repair authorization, and technical determination remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
7. Limitation of Liability
AP Vending is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Product spoilage
- Business interruption
- Loss of sales
- Labor or service costs
- Transportation or travel expenses
Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the equipment.
8. Disclaimer
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by AP Vending for eligible vending machines. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Used or refurbished equipment is sold as-is except for the specific coverage outlined in this policy.

10. Policy Changes
AP Vending reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The warranty in effect at the time of purchase governs all claims
